Daniel Barenboim (born 15 November 1942) is a pianist and conductor from Argentina. He is one of the greatest artists of our time, has achieved the highest level as a performer on the world’s leading stages.
Barenboim has received many awards and prizes, including seven Grammy awards.
He said once: “To make music, you have to listen to what the other one is doing, but you also have to listen to what you are doing and how it affects the other – this is the best school of human relations.”
